Individual Counseling
I support individuals as they explore relationships, anxiety, trauma, attachment, shame, perfectionism, and life transitions. I also support individuals navigating people-pleasing and boundaries, foster care or adoption-related experiences, and Christian faith and spirituality. My goal is to help you develop greater self-understanding, healing, and empowerment.
Premarital Counseling
Using the Prepare/Enrich assessment I offer couples a supportive space to strengthen communication, explore shared values, and prepare for a healthy marriage. Together, we can address expectations, conflict resolution, boundaries, family backgrounds, intimacy, finances, and faith.
Family Counseling
I support parents and families navigating foster care and adoption, offering guidance as they work to build secure attachment and strengthen connection. Together, we can explore experiences related to identity, belonging, and culture while creating a supportive family environment that honors each person’s story and needs.
Scheduling
I offer therapy sessions in-person or online. I am available Sundays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and have morning and evening availability.

Therapy is a meaningful investment in yourself, your relationships, and your long-term well-being.
My private pay rate is $150 per 50-minute session. A limited number of reduced-fee (sliding scale) slots are available; please inquire for current availability if needed.
I also accept all Medicaid RAEs in the state of Colorado as insurance. Please be aware that it is unlawful for a person with Medicaid to pay out of pocket for services so you must inform me if you have Medicaid. As a Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate (LPCC), I practice under clinical supervision, which allows me to offer quality, accessible care while meeting state requirements for licensure.
I offer both in-person sessions in Northern Colorado and telehealth across the state, providing flexibility to meet your needs. I am only able to provide services to those located in the state of Colorado.
